How does she do it ?? Is the question I have been asked this week! How do I work a 40-50 hour week in the corporate job and run a business?
It’s not as hard as it sounds, my business is not like a traditional business. It’s all about people and if you are meeting or working with people in everyday life, it’s all about connecting. My background as a Personal Assistant means I am in a busy role and I have to be on point when I am in the office! Do I get distracted? Of course I do, I am a ‘dolly day dreamer’ and life in Dubai is busy and fast paced. The beauty of what we do in or business is we don’t work a 9-5, hours are flexible, you choose when and how long you work for, training and personal development is free. In my first 6 months of network marketing I talked to everyone abouat our amazing product range. I am proud to be an ambssador for a family run company that’s operated for 39 years, it is stable, offering an amazing work ethic. I didn’t really know what I was doing at the beginning and it was about earning a little bit of extra money (for bags) I love designer bags and invest wisely.
I had passion and a desire to succeed. I am not money driven, some people are which is totally ok! For me it is succeeding, doing the best I can and making others feel they can be the best version of themselves. Finding your drive and ‘why’ as we say is the most important thing, after all if you don’t know why your doing something what is the point. You have to know what Is going to make you jump out of bed each morning with passion or in my case stay up late in the evening because I’m so excited about the next day I can’t sleep.
