MODULE 1
ORIENTATION & GOALS
We will hit the ground running in module one with your goals for VA. Don’t worry i am here to guide you.
I will also share with you 5 key systems VAs use so you can start to learn these and implement them through your academy journey. Trello, Calendly, Google Drive, Lastpass and linktree.
MODULE 2
DISCOVERING YOUR SKILLS
It starts here! Working out your skills, what you are passionate about, your USP and what is going to ‘drive’ you as a VA is key.
What do you love to do, what has worked in the past and what do you have to offer. If you have knowledge on a certain topic you can offer as a service.
MODULE 3
PRICING & SERVICES
In this session we will price your services, look at the importance for business forecasting and design your VA portfolio. What is that I hear you say……so many VA’s do not have a business portfolio, it is the single most important thing I created when I started as a VA.
MODULE 4
BRAND YOU
You are your business, which means you are Brand You. I am passionate about getting the branding spot on Now you know what is going to drive you as a VA, you will have your skills and services in place, we will have created your VA portfolio outline. Brand you will form as we align to your ideal client and niche audience.
MODULE 5
BUSINESS PROCESSES
In this section you will learn about the client cycle. It is one of the key business processes you will need. An 8 part process, I will take you through it step by step. Areas we have covered in week 1-4 will play a big part in this section. Think: networking, discovery calls, on-boarding clients, and contracts.
MODULE 6
FINANCE & INVOICING
We will talk about money, what you need V’s what you want. Two different things! Setting up an annual forecast for your business. The in’s and outs and we will review some financial systems to use to support your invoicing and finance process.
MODULE 7
THE LEGAL MATTERS
The part you need to understand but it may not be as exciting as some of the other sections. I have a guest expert joining us on this week so you can get fully up to speed with legal matters for your business.

FINDING CLIENTS
One of my favourite sections, it’s time to look at finding clients. Who, where and how! Due to the pre work completed in the previous modules you will flow into this module with clarity and confidence. I will share with you the strategy and methods I use to become fully booked as a VA.
MODULE 9
MARKETING YOUR BUSINESS
We’ll spend this session on marketing for your business. How to leverage social media, create local awareness and establish a network, best practice on linked in, getting organised, the correct hashtags. We will have a marketing expert join us this week for live discussion.
MODULE 10
WEBSITE
Everyone in the program will learn from this training. We will talk about do’s & dont’s for websites, set ups, domain names, SSL amongst other areas. If you purchase the “Level Two Academy” you will have your webpage created for you. We will have a separate session to designing and brand your one page website.
MODULE 11
STRATEGY & LAUNCH
Implementation Week: If you feel you are ready, use this week to start implementing to launch! When I created this academy the goal is to support you not only with the training but also the launch. This week is about taking action and I will be available to help you, along with my operations manager.

THE VA LIFESTYLE
Whats next!? During this session we will work on your next steps as a VA, taking leave, sick days, introducing an associate to your business, terminating a client, boundries, time management and more.

Meet Lindsey
I am an Executive and Personal Assistant turned VA! I live in Dubai and support clients internationally. In the VA world I support CEOs and Female Entrepreneurs. My clients are six figure earners, best selling authors and featured in leading publications.
I have worked in the online and offline world for 19 years, supporting Senior Executives and C-suite teams. Over the years I have worked with companies such as Thomas Cook, Johnson & Johnson, Coty Inc, Luxury hotel chains and supported High Net Worth Individuals. (HNWI)
I have and continue to successfully teach aspiring VAs how to launch their very own VA business. Their skills and attributes together with the tools and knowledge I am sharing creates the perfect foundations.
When I am not supporting clients or aspiring VAs you will find me out in the sunshine, I love having adventures. Keen to get out on my bike, hitting the gym or beach and spending time with my friends & family. Also love to travel!!
On my bucket list this year is to go scuba diving in the Maldives, go on the World’s Longest Zipline and take a hot air balloon over the desert in Dubai.
My husband and I are super grateful to live in Dubai, we worked extremely hard to build our life here. I tend to live by the motto work hard and play harder.

FAQs
How does the VA academy work?
The VA ACADEMY is a 12 week program designed to take you on a journey to grow in confidence, find clarity in your services and launch as a Virtual Assistant. Each week you receive a brand new lesson delivered in a masterclass. Each week has a different theme with unique tutorials and training’s. Once you’ve unlocked a month of content, you keep access to it, so you can revisit it whenever you like.
Are any of the trainings in person, or are they all online?
All of the workshops are online. You will receive a mixture of pre recorded and live masterclasses. Also weekly live Q&A sessions will happen so you can keep moving forward at your own pace.
I’m completely brand new to VA, is this going to be too advanced for me?
Certainly not, we will cover the foundations, setting up becoming a VA and progressing each week to help you to build on your experience and service to clients. You will also get to ask questions and have them answered on a regular basis. We will also hold you accountable to help you reach your goal.
I’ve already taken a VA course, will I be repeating things I already know?
If you have taken one of my previous workshops some of that content will be covered again yes. However as we will be delivering it live you will certainly hear new information and learn further. As the saying goes “knowledge is power”

I have a holiday planned and I think I’ll miss a week - will I be able to catch up when I get back?
Yes, if you need to catch up on a training session, you will be able to get access to it in your personal online members area. The course has been designed as a flexible learning platform so you can go at your own pace.
