Being A Busy Bee…

Leading a hetic life is pretty much standard these days for most people. I am so guilty at living life 100 miles an hour, I always have been since being young. Sometimes my friends find it hard to keep up with me.

As we get older we start to realise that we won’t feel 25 forever! What we put into our bodies is key to our output in daily life. Therefore, starting to learn about your body is really important.

I am no expert, I am just a normal mid 30 year old who has learnt fuel for energy. I wish I had been exposed to this sooner which is why I want to share what I know.

I work hard to plan healthy meals but I will admit now my down fall is chocolate and cake! I totally love it! But in moderation. And I am not a massive fan of having breakfast first thing, but again this is so important I will share on a later blog how I have overcome this.

I was 32 when I started to take vitamins, these were in the form of bee pollen, I suffered badly from hayfever when we lived in the UK. It was totally unbearable, some days I could not even drive to work. Someone suggested I tried bee pollen tablets, 2 a day for a few days and I felt amazing with increased energy! When I looked at the product it was an antihistamine, aids digestion, and boosted my energy,

Another vitamin I take daily in conjunction with the bees is a gel vitamin shot every morning this supports my digestive system, increases my energy levels its full of aloe vera nutrients, compounds, goodness from the inner leaf of the plant.
